Below is a list some of the of the most popular towns and cities:

Cahir - Co Tipperary

Charming and picturesque town on the banks of the river Suir. Cahir Castle is one of Ireland's largest and best preserved castles.

Carlow Town - Co Carlow

Carlow Town stands at the confluence of the Barrow and Burrin rivers. This ancient town has a rich historic tradition.

Cashel - Co Tipperary

Cashel was once the seat of the Kings of Munster and capital of this southern province. The Rock, which rears above the plain, dominated the land routes southwards.

Clonmel - Co Tipperary

Clonmel is an excellent base for visiting a wide range of attractions. The town is nestled in the Comeragh Mountains with the Knockmealdown Mountains to the South and legendary Slievenamon to the East.

Dungarvan - Co Waterford

Dungarvan, the administrative capital for County Waterford, is a bustling market town in a high tourist amenity area.

Enniscorthy - Co Wexford

An attractive hilly town, dominated by a norman castle, now a museum and overlooking the river Slaney, Enniscorthy is the summer festival capital of county Wexford.

Gorey - Co Wexford

Gorey first appeared as an existing town in Norman records in 1296. It is a carefully planned town with a wide Main Street boulevard and street plan, much like the plantation towns of North Wexford.

Kilkenny City - Co Kilkenny

Long renowned as Ireland’s Medieval Capital, the city’s origins date back more than 1,500 years ago. Characterised by beautifully restored old buildings and covered slipways, Kilkenny City is small and compact enough to explore on foot, yet full of fascinating, historical buildings, and contemporary shops, design galleries cafés and restaurants.

New Ross - Co Wexford

New Ross is located on the banks of the river Barrow, 34km west of Wexford town. There are now more things to do in New Ross than ever before as it has become more tourist orientated.

Tipperary Town - Co Tipperary

The town of Tipperary is sited on the beautiful River Ara in the heart of the ‘Golden Vale’ and it is the ideal base to discover discover the beauty of the nearby Galtee Mountains, Ireland’s highest inland mountain range and the breathtaking scenery in the Glen of Aherlow.

Tramore - Co Waterford

Meaning “Big Strand”, Tramore is one of the most aptly named towns in the region, with its famous 5 km golden, sandy beach surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, and one of the regions most popular resorts.

Waterford City - Co Waterford

Waterford City, steeped in history, heritage and culture, represents a unique blend of modern shopping centres, traditional pubs and highly acclaimed gourmet restaurants

Wexford Town - Co Wexford

Wexford is known as the land of laughter and music, of legend and romance, where the locals take life easy and the warmth comes from the heart. Wexford offers coastal villages, sunny seashores, heritage attractions and gardens.
